Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and the operators of ArmedAtlas (“ArmedAtlas”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and govern your access to and use of the ArmedAtlas website, application, and related services (together, the “Service”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing the Service, creating a session through EVE Online Single Sign-On (“EVE SSO”), or otherwise using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced in them. If you use the Service on behalf of a corporation, alliance, or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. What the Service is
ArmedAtlas is an independent, third-party navigation and information application for the video game EVE Online. The Service provides features such as a map of New Eden, destination search and routing, live position display, the ability to push waypoints to your running EVE Online client, and danger and gatecamp information derived from public third-party data. The Service is informational and convenience-oriented; it does not modify the EVE Online game client and is not a cheat, exploit, or automation tool.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service you must have a valid EVE Online account in good standing and the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You must comply at all times with CCP hf.’s EULA, Terms of Service, and Developer License Agreement. You may not use the Service if doing so would breach any law or any agreement you have with CCP hf.
4. Relationship with CCP hf. and EVE Online
ArmedAtlas is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to CCP hf. “EVE”, “EVE Online”, and all associated logos, designs, names, and marks are the intellectual property of CCP hf. ArmedAtlas uses CCP hf.’s official EVE SSO and ESI services under their developer terms. We make no claim of ownership over any EVE Online intellectual property, and your use of EVE Online content remains subject to CCP hf.’s own terms.
5. Authentication and account access
You sign in to the Service using EVE SSO. We never receive, see, or store your EVE Online account password. When you authorise the Service, you grant a limited set of permissions (“scopes”), which may include reading your character’s location, ship, and online status, and permission to set in-game waypoints. We request only the scopes needed to provide the Service. You may revoke this authorisation at any time from your EVE Online account settings or by logging out; revocation may immediately disable some or all features.
6. Payment (in-game ISK only)
ArmedAtlas is offered with a free trial period (currently seven days), after which continued access requires payment of in-game currency (“ISK”) — currently 10,000,000 ISK per week — to the designated ArmedAtlas corporation wallet, using the unique reference code shown in your account. The Service is paid for in in-game ISK only.
- We do not accept, request, or process real-world money for the Service, and we will never sell ISK or in-game items for real-world currency.
- ISK payments are voluntary contributions for continued access to a convenience service. Because payment is made in in-game currency, all payments are final and non-refundable.
- Access is extended automatically once a matching payment is reconciled from the corporation wallet. Reconciliation may take a short time; we are not responsible for delays caused by EVE Online, the ESI API, or incorrect or missing reference codes.
- Pricing, trial length, and payment terms may change. Changes apply to future periods only.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of CCP hf.’s terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users’ data, our systems, or any connected service;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, or probe the Service or its infrastructure, or circumvent any access, rate-limiting, or security measure;
- scrape, harvest, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data except as expressly permitted;
- share, transfer, or sell access credentials, or use the Service to facilitate real-money trading; or
- upload or transmit malicious code, or use the Service to harass or harm others.
We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these rules.
8. Data and privacy
To provide the Service we process a limited amount of data, including: your EVE character ID and name; an encrypted EVE refresh token; telemetry such as your current solar system, ship, and online status retrieved via ESI while you are logged in; your saved preferences; and records relating to ISK payments (such as your payment reference code and matching wallet entries).
- We use this data only to operate and improve the Service.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- Refresh tokens are stored encrypted; we never store your EVE password.
- We may use trusted infrastructure providers (for example, hosting, database, and content-delivery providers) who process data on our behalf under their own terms.
- You can disconnect ArmedAtlas at any time via your EVE account settings; you may request deletion of your stored data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security or legitimate operational reasons.
9. Third-party data and services
Some features rely on third-party data and services, including CCP hf.’s ESI API and public kill data from zKillboard. We do not control these sources, and their availability, accuracy, and timeliness are outside our control. Danger, kill-heat, and gatecamp information is provided for general guidance only and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.
10. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any routing, security, or danger information is accurate or complete. You rely on the Service at your own discretion and risk, and you remain solely responsible for your decisions and actions in EVE Online.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArmedAtlas and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, in-game assets, ISK, ships, or opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including losses suffered in EVE Online such as ship destruction, gatecamps, or theft — whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the real-world money you have paid us for the Service (which is zero, as the Service is paid only in in-game ISK) or (b) USD 0.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArmedAtlas and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights, including CCP hf.’s terms.
13. Availability, changes, and termination
The Service is offered on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed uptime. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including suspected abuse or breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and revoke access at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operators of ArmedAtlas are established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.
